One of the highlights of the Annual Meeting is the awards presentation.

• Outstanding State Chapters Awards — recognizing ITS America’s state
  chapters in multiple categories.
• Student Essay Competition — sponsored by Southwest Research Institute,
  the competition provides an opportunity for today’s transportation and
  engineering students to apply their knowledge in a thought-provoking and
  enjoyable competition and to build awareness of ITS as a career path with
  unlimited potential.

The awards ceremony will be held on Monday, November 17, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center.
