The 18th World Congress and ITS America’s Annual Meeting & Exposition reflects the latest innovations in the ITS sector. Already recognized by attendees for the caliber of companies present in the exhibit hall, the 18th World Congress will offer new opportunities to enhance and expand this experience. New this year, ITS America will host dedicated tours of the exhibit hall following the forum showcases and Best of ITS Awards.

Other enhancements include:
- One theatre to host any number of sessions on Monday – Thursday
- Expanded food & beverage stations that now include dining areas in each station
- New interactive poster session
- Private meeting rooms for exhibiting companies to use
- Expanded ITS America pavilion to include an ITS State Chapters Pavilion
- Florida "Local Agencies"
