Registration for the 18th World Congress and ITS America Annual Meeting & Exposition is now open. The World Congress is expected to draw more than 10,000 attendees, so register now!
- Four Day Delegate Registration (Monday - Thursday); $1475
This package includes admission to Sunday's opening reception and ceremony, all sessions, the exhibit hall, Monday's exhibit hall reception, lunch in the Exhibit Hall from Monday to Thursday, finale event at Hollywood Studios and all Congress materials (including a copy of the Congress proceedings on CD-ROM).
- One Day Delegate; $600
This package includes admission to all sessions and the exhibit hall for one day, as well as a ticket for any meal-related events on that day. A one-day delegate will also receive a copy of the Congress proceedings on CD-ROM.

All official Congress speakers and moderators must purchase a Speaker/Moderator registration package. This package includes admission to Sunday's opening reception and ceremony, all sessions, the exhibit hall, Monday's exhibit hall reception, lunch in the exhibit hall from Monday to Thursday, finale event at Hollywood Studios and all Congress materials (including a copy of the Congress proceedings on CD-ROM).
- One Day Speaker/Moderator; $500
All official Congress speakers and moderators must purchase a Speaker/Moderator registration package. For speakers only able to attend one day of World Congress, this package includes admission to all sessions, meal-related activities and the exhibit hall for one day. This package also includes a copy of the Congress proceedings on CD-ROM.
- Non-OECD Country 4 Day Delegate Registration; $925
Eligible non-OECD registrants are delegates (1) whose home countries are not members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and (2) are not employed by companies, U.S. government agencies (at any level) or other organizations that have their headquarters in any OECD member countries. This package includes admission to Sunday's opening reception and ceremony, all sessions, the exhibit hall, Monday's exhibit hall reception, lunch in the Exhibit Hall from Monday to Thursday, finale event at Hollywood Studios and all Congress materials (including a copy of the Congress proceedings on CD-ROM).
- Four Day Full Time Student; $145
A special rate has been set for full-time students to experience the 18th World Congress. Students can choose a Four-Day package, which includes admission to Sunday's opening ceremony, all sessions, the exhibit hall, Monday's exhibit hall reception and finale event at Hollywood Studios. Students will also receive a copy of the World Congress proceedings on CD-ROM.
- One Day Student; $100
A special rate has been set for full-time students to experience the 18th World Congress. For students only able to attend one day of World Congress, this package includes admission to all sessions, meal-related activities and the exhibit hall for one day. Students will also receive a copy of the Congress proceedings on CD-ROM.
Students may not be employed full-time. A University document showcasing enrollment or ID indicating that full time student status must accompany registration form and payment. Credentials will not be distributed unless proof is received or shown on site.
- Exhibits Only; $200 per day
Exhibits Only Pass is a single day package for entry into the exhibit hall.
- Accompany Person; $275
Spouses and companions of delegates to the World Congress can purchase an accompany person's registration which includes admission to Sunday's opening ceremony, opening and closing sessions and access to the exhibit hall. The Accompany Person registration is intended for spouses, companions and other non-participating persons. Colleagues and peers are not considered accompanying persons and must purchase a different registration package.
- Press; Gratis
Qualified members of the press are admitted to the Congress at no charge. Proper credentials are required. You will be able to attend all sessions, exhibits and all receptions inside the exhibit hall. You will receive a copy of the Congress proceedings on CD-ROM.
Lunch coupons (Monday - Thursday) are provided in the Delegate, Speaker/Moderator and Exhibitor Booth Personnel. Technical Tours and pre and post show workshop are not included in any registration package. Tickets for these items may be purchased a la carte on this registration form.
CONFIRMATIONS
All registrations will received confirmations via e-mail (first choice), fax (second choice), or mail (third choice) within two weeks of receiving your completed form and payment.
BADGES
To receive your badge in the mail, U.S. delegates must register by September 9. After this date, U.S. delegates can pick up their badges at the Orange County Convention Center. All international delegates must pick up their badges on site at the Orange County Convention Center. All registrants will need to check in at the registration area to receive additional World Congress materials.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation request must be submitted in writing to Fax 301.694.5124. Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. All cancellations will be processed and refunds distributed with 30 days of the close of the 18th World Congress. The cancellation schedule is as follows:
- Request received by August 31, 2011: Full refund, less a $300 processing fee. One day registration $150 processing fee.
- Request received between September 1 and September 30, 2011: 50% of your total registration fee will be refunded.
- Request received after September 30, 2011: No refund for cancellation.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions within the same organization for the same amount of fee are permissible. If the badge has been mailed, the substitution will need to be made at the Congress registration desk at the Orange County Convention Center. If the badge has not been mailed, substitutions must be made in writing.
