Only 4-Day Delegates and Speakers are eligible to pre-register for the Outdoor Demonstrations.  All other registrants may register on site based on availability.

4-Day Delegate Registration

4-Day Speaker and Moderator Registration

All official Congress speakers and moderators will receive the same registration package as the 4-Day Delegate Registration packages.  All speakers and moderators must purchase a Speaker/Moderator registration package.

1-Day Speaker and Moderator Registration

Press
Qualified members of the press are admitted to the Congress at no charge.  Proper credentials are required.  You will be able to attend all sessions, exhibits and all receptions inside the exhibit hall.  You will receive a copy of the Congress proceedings on CD-ROM. 

Exhibits Only
$150 Per Day
Exhibits only is a per day package.  Your badge is good for one day of Congress exhibits and exhibit floor receptions.

Accompanying Person
$275
Spouses and companions of delegates to the Congress can purchase an accompanying persons badge which includes admission to Sunday's opening ceremony, all sessions including the opening and closing sessions, and exhibit hall  and Monday's reception in the exhibit hall.  The accompanying person registration package is intended for spouses, companions, and other non-participating persons.  Colleagues and peers are not considered accompanying persons and must purchase a different registration package.

Students
4-Day, $175
1- Day, $100
A special rate has been set for full-time students to experience the 15th World Congress.  It includes admission to all sessions, exhibits and all Congress materials, including a copy of the Congress proceedings on CD-ROM.  Students may not be employed full time.  A letter from a university registrar documenting your enrollment as a full-time student must accompany your registration form and payment.  The 4-Day Student package includes one lunch ticket.

CONFIRMATIONS
All registrations will receive confirmations via e-mail (first choice), fax (second choice) or mail (third choice) within two weeks of receiving your completed form and payment.

BADGES
To receive your badge in the mail, U.S. delegates must register by October 13. After this date, U.S. delegates can pick up their badges at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. All international delegates must pick up their badges onsite at the convention center. All registrants will need to check in at the registration area to receive additional Congress materials. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ITS Registration, P.O. Box 4088, Frederick, Maryland, 21705-4088 USA or by fax at +1.301.694.5124. Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. All cancellations will be processed and refunds distributed within 30 days of the close of the 15th World Congress. The cancellation schedule is as follows:

• Request received before September 30, 2008
       Full refund, less a $250 processing fee.
• Request received between October 1, 2008 and October 31, 2008
      50% of your total registration fee will be refunded.
• Request received after October 31, 2008
       No refund for cancellation.

SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions within the same organization for the same amount of fee are permissible. If the badge has been mailed, the substitution will need to be made at the Congress registration at the Javits Center. If the badge has not been mailed, substitutions must be made in writing.

The 15th World Congress offers you premium affordable accommodations with easy access shuttle bus service to and from the Jacob K. Javits Center.  By staying in the 15th World Congress’ official room block you will receive special discounted room rates.  Do not contact the hotels directly.  In order to receive the discounted rate, you must make your hotel reservations through the World Congress’ system.  

YOU MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE WORLD CONGRESS IN ORDER TO MAKE A HOTEL RESERVATION. HOTEL RESERVATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM!
